Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- All equipment sold, will have a standard 2-year warranty against defects and workmanship errors. The nylon rollers and nylon bat guides are items that will show wear from use. Our nylon rollers are high-grade, but will show some grooving eventually. This grooving will not impact the bat rolling procedure and will help stabilize the bat.
- Wear and tear on the rollers and guides are not considered defects or workmanship errors, therefore are not covered under our warranty. We offer our customers a roller replacement service if needed.
- If you should have any problems and have determined our equipment defective, please contact us so we may determine the best way to service you.
